Dr. Inga James, Founder and President of Organizational Renewal Group, LLC, brings 20+ years of experience guiding organizations through transitions, growth, and transformation. An organizational psychologist with advanced degrees (MA, PhD) and a master’s in social work, she has helped struggling organizations recover from leadership and public relations crises and grown others by 300%.

 

Combining executive leadership experience with strategic insight, Dr. James delivers sustainable, results-driven solutions. Her expertise spans organizational change, interim and fractional executive leadership, strategic planning, and program development and evaluation.
